These provisional service terms describe how the £59 Vacancy Fix Pack operates. They are intended for business customers. The website accepts enquiries only and currently does not accept payments. A paid order will not be accepted until the required trading disclosures and terms are finalised.
1. Who provides the service?
VacancyFix is operated as a UK sole-trader business. General business location: Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13. This is not a full postal or service address. Contact: sean@smallgrid.uk.
The operator’s full legal name and a complete geographic business address have not yet been provided for publication. Those details must be resolved before accepting paid orders; the general location shown here is not a substitute.
2. What is included?
For £59 per vacancy, the standard pack includes one full job advert rewrite, one shorter job-board version, three social posts, five suggested screening questions, clarity and inclusive-language notes, and one round of revisions. It covers one role/vacancy advert, not a full multi-role recruitment campaign.
3. Ordering and payment
Contact us with an existing advert or job brief. Before accepting an order, we will provide the required trading details and confirm scope, delivery times, any applicable taxes, the agreed price and how to pay. A website enquiry does not create a paid order or obligation to purchase. There is currently no online checkout or subscription.
4. Timing, information and revisions
Our target is delivery within two working days after receiving a complete and confirmed brief, subject to capacity and the agreed start date. Customers must verify pay, hours, duties, benefits, qualifications, regulatory requirements and application routes. One reasonable round of edits to the supplied work is included; a change of role or substantial re-brief may require a new quote.
5. Editorial scope and employer responsibility
VacancyFix provides recruitment copywriting and editorial assistance. We are not a recruitment agency for this service, do not place adverts on job boards, do not screen applicants, and do not guarantee applicant volume, hiring outcomes or compliance with employment law. The employer must review and approve all final copy before publication.
6. Personal information
Please provide role information only, not candidates' personal data, CVs, employee records or sensitive information. See our Privacy policy for how business correspondence is handled.
7. Cancellations and problems
Let us know promptly if you wish to cancel or have a problem with the work. We will explain any work already completed and seek a fair resolution under the agreed contract and applicable law. These terms do not remove any statutory rights that apply. For an individual customer who may have consumer rights, different mandatory rules may apply and should be agreed before accepting the order.
8. Copyright and use
Customers are responsible for having permission to provide any original content. Following payment of the agreed fee, clients may use the final delivered copy to advertise their own vacancy. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights. VacancyFix will not publish client adverts or name a client publicly without permission.
9. Contact and complaints
For revisions, payment questions or complaints, email sean@smallgrid.uk with your order details. We will review the concern and respond.
